Our minimum contract size is 10 cleaning hours per week. The only exception would be if the building is located very near to an existing contract, meaning that set up fees would be minimal and we can potentially employ the same cleaners.

In order to remain competitive on cost, our standard 12-month contract includes a clause allowing you to break the contract if for any reason you are unhappy with the service you are receiving. Our contract states that we have 15 days to put things right but if this is still not to your reasonable satisfaction, then we will bow out gracefully. In effect we are always ‘on trial’.
At Serrjeo, we strive to ensure a seamless transition from contract signing to service initiation. Typically, we allocate four weeks for this process. This timeframe allows us to source and train our skilled cleaners and make any necessary arrangements. If you require a faster start, our Contracts Manager will expedite your request
We typically offer customized services based on a cost-per-building model rather than charging hourly rates. Our approach is to tailor our services to each customer’s unique needs, treating them as individuals.
We provide all essential cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, buckets, and chemicals. However, consumables like toilet rolls, hand towels, and soap dispensers are not included in the contract. We can assist in ordering and arranging delivery for these items on your behalf, with separate invoicing for your convenience.
